Ingredients.
2 pounds beef Stew Meat
2 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
6 cans Campbell's vegetable soup
2 tall cans tomatoes
1 cup rice
3 cups water
In bottom of Dutch oven, brown beef stew meat and garlic, then drain off fat. Add soup, tomatoes, rice and water. Cook over campfire, stirring occasionally.
