Ingredients.
cut meat into strips and brown.
2 lbs. meat
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vegetable oil
in a bowl mix together:
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (28-oz.) tin tomatoes
1/2 cup. onion, chopped
1/3 cup. brown sugar
1/3 cup. vinegar
Directions.
Mix all ingredients together until sugar dissolves. Pour over moose, let simmer for 2 hours, or until meat is tender. Add strips of green and red pepper and simmer another 15 minutes.
