Ingredients.
1-5lb venison roast.
2 teaspoons steak seasoning.
1 teaspoon meat tenderizer.
2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning.
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning.
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
Directions.
rub roast in seasoning let rest for 1/2 hour. heat heavy skillet to medium heat and fry roast till medium rare or to your liking. when done to your liking remove and let rest before slicing. make gravy from drippings for the potato's.
peas for a vegetable, and biscuits of your choice.
