6 [1-ounce / 28-g each] squares semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup [250 mL] butterscotch chips
2 cups [500 mL] chow mein noodles
1 cup [250 mL] miniature marshmallows
1 cup [250 mL] salted peanuts
Melt chopped chocolate and butterscotch chips in microwave oven on 'MEDIUM' for 3 to 4 minutes; stir until smooth.
Delicately add chow mein noodles, marshmallows and peanuts; stir until coated.
Drop by spoonfuls [1 teaspoon / 5 mL] onto a baking sheet, lined with wax paper.
Chill until firm.
Store in an airtight container, in the refrigerator.
