Hi everyone! Most of you know me as Mom from the DSP and even the SMF and Mike is one of my favorite sons! He's done alot of work here so I hope you all appreciate his effforts.

For those of you that don't know me I am addicted to cooking, smoking sausage making, cheese making and just about anything food and drink. I love creating new recipes and sharing ideas with others.

Welcome Debi what an awesome person, yes i went threw heck with this site and just about gave it up but just couldn't even though know one came lolol. I do all the work myself and i had to transfer all the recipes from one site to this one 1 recipe at a time, it took me a few days but got it done with the help of the staff. Any who welcome Mom hope you enjoy it here. cheers
