Ingredients.
1/2 cup. fresh parsley sprigs
1/2 cup. fresh dill sprigs
2 green onions
1 pkg. cream cheese
2 tbs. sour cream
mushrooms
cherry tomatoes
Chop parsley, dill and onions very finely. Blend in cream cheese, sour cream, herbs and onions. Remove stems from clean mushrooms, scoop centers from tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and invert on paper towel for 15 minutes. Spoon fillings in centers of mushrooms and tomatoes.
Makes about 48 stuffed veggies.
