Ingredients.
2 cup. cooked carrots (diced)
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/3 cup. cream
2 tbsp. mint jelly
1/4 cup. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
melt butter,, stir in flour, then add cream, jelly, mayonnaise and mustard. Stirring constantly cook until smooth and thickened. Over low heat add the carrots. Simmer covered. Serve when bubbling hot. Serves 4-5.
