Ingredients.
5 cup. carrot, cooked until tender
1 med. onion, sliced
1 cup. green pepper
1 cup. tomato soup
1/2 cup. salad oil
Cook carrots until tender. Drain and cool. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over cooked carrots. Let stand 24 hours. Keeps in fridge for a month.
