Ingredients.
3 lbs. chuck stew beef
1 cup. chopped celery
1 garlic clove minced
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 bouillon cube
2 sliced onions
1 cup. tomato sauce
3 tbsp. minute tapioca
1/2 cup. burgundy wine
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a heavy pot with a lid. Cook at 350 degrees for 3 hours. 1/2 hour before ready add small onions and mushrooms. Serve with noodles or rice. Also good served with french bread as a party snack.
