Ingredients.
Spare ribs (desired amount)
1/2 cup green pepper (diced)
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup. vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 onions (chopped)
1/2 cup. brown sugar
1 cup. catchup
1 cup. tomato paste
Boil spare ribs for 10-20 minutes to remove excess fat. Make sauce, mix all ingredients together and simmer for 30 minutes. Add water if mixture is too thick. Arrange ribs in baking dish and pour sauce over ribs and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until tender.
