Ingredients.
4 cups cooked elbow macaroni or rigatoni
3/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup pepperoni slices, halved or quartered
1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
1/4 cup mild banana pepper rings, diced
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 to 1 cup sun-dried tomato dressing
Combine prepared ingredients in a bowl and stir in dressing to coat thoroughly. Chill a couple of hours before serving.
Serve with crackers or focaccia.
