Ingredients.
1 lb. or 2 cup, cooked or canned seafood
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup. diced celery
1/3 cup. mayonnaise
salt to taste
lettuce cups
Break seafood into bite size chunks. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add celery and toss lightly with mayonnaise. Salt to taste. Serve in lettuce cups. 6 servings.
