Cabbage, Shredded---- 9 Lbs OR 3 Gallons.
Salad Dressing---- 1 Lb OR 3 1/2 Cups.
Vinegar---- 4 OZ OR 1/2 Cup.
Sour Cream---- 1 Lb OR 2 Cups.
Salt---- 2 OZ OR 4 Tbsp.
White Pepper---- 1 Tsp.
Sugar---- 4 OZ OR 1/2 Cup.
1. Shred Cabbage, Crisp in cold water for an hour. drain well.
2. Mix Remaining Ingredients Thoroughly. Pour Over Cabbage And Toss Lightly.
3. Garnish With Paprika, Green Pepper Rings, Slice Of Orange Or Sprig Of Parsley.
