Dumplings----- 50 Dumplings.
Basic Mix 3lbs 12oz or 3qts
Parsley, chopped 2oz or 1 1\2 cups
Chives, chopped 2 1/2oz or 1 cup
Poultry Seasoning 2 tsp
Milk 2lbs or 1qt
1. Blend parsley, chives, and poultry seasoning into basic mix. Add milk and stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients.
2. Drop with a No. 20 scoop on top of stew arranged in serving pans. Cover tightly and steam in steam cooker or in 400degree F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
