Ingredients.

2lbs. frozen fillets or sole
3 tbsp. butter
2 sml. onions, chopped finely
1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped finely
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup. grated swiss cheese
1 cup. llight cream
2/3 cup. dry white table wine
1/4 cup. water
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
4 1/2 oz. can sml shrimp, drained
and rinsed with cold water or frozen shrimp thawed.


Thaw fish just until fillets can be separated. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Butter baking dish 13x91/2x2. Lay fillets in baking dish in single layer if possible. Heat butter in large skillet, add onions and mushrooms and cook until onions are limp. Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper, stir to blend. Remove from heat. Stir in cream, wine and water. Return to heat and cook stirring constantly until boiling and thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley and shrimp. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serves 6.
