1-20oz. can pineapple tidbits
1/3 cup. chopped celery
1/3 cup. chopped green pepper
1/3 cup. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 clove garlic
1/3 cup. vinegar
2 tbsp. soya sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
Saute celery, onion and pepper in butter. Combine corn starch with juice from pineapple. Add to saucepan, cooking and stirring until thickend. Add remaining. ingredients.
