Ingredients

2 cups Minced pineapple
2 med Cloves garlic, minced
3 tbls Minced fresh mint
2 tbls Fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cumin
Cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions

Combine everything, cover tightly and refrigerate.
