1 can refried beans
2 ripe avocados
1 tomato, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup. sliced pitted black oilives
2 cup. grated old chedder cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1-2 tsp. chilli powder
2 tbsp. chopped jalepeno peppers nacho chips
In the container spread the refried beans and the cheese. In the small bowl combine avocado, mayonnaise and chili powder. Mix with a fork, until mixture is coarsely mashed, spoon over refried beans and cheese. Layer with remaining ingredients, top with nacho chips and serve. Makes 4 servings as an appetizer or snack.
