8 oz. salami
8 oz. grated velvetta cheese ( or cheese whiz)
1/3 cup. chili sauce
1 tbsp. dry mustard
Mix together, dry mustard and chili sauce. Grate or grind salami and combine with cheese. Pour sauce mixture over meat. Spread on English muffins and broil until bubbly or may be served cold on crackers.
