This recipe is my favorite of all the baked pike recipes i have.

one pike, scaled and head and fins cut out do not cut the belly open, leave as a cavity. wash real well and soak in salted water for at least 4 hours, i like to soak over night.

one pike your choice in size.
stuff pike full stove top stuffing.
put more stuffing around on both sides of fish.
now melt butter in dish and add lemon juice and dried dill to that mixture. as fish is baking in a 350 degree oven bast the fish till done. when fish is flaky done bast one last time and you are ready to eat.

i like to have baked potato with sour cream and green beans for a vegetable with my baked fish. hope you enjoy, i know i do.
