Ingredients.
Dove Breasts, filleted off bone
2 Jalapenos
Garlic Salt
Slab Bacon
Toothpicks
Directions.
Sprinkle both sides of dove breasts with garlic salt. Cut jalapenos into disks. Cap a jalapeno disk with 2 halves of dove breasts and wrap a half slice of slab bacon around the breasts, securing with a toothpick. Grill until bacon is cooked.
