Creamy Fruit Dressing

Ingredients.

1 cup. small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup. maraschino cherry juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice.

Directions.

Force cottage cheese through a sieve or put in food processor. Fold in sour cream. Add salt, Cherry juice and lemon juice, blend well. Chill before serving. Makes 1 3/4 cups. Serve with fruit.
