Tomato Puree 2 Lbs OR 1 Quart.
Cream, Whipped 8 OZ OR 2 Cups.
Mayonnaise 1 Lb OR 2 Cups.
Lemon Juice 4 OZ OR 1/2 Cup.
Salt 1 Tsp.

1. Mix lemon juice and tomato puree into mayonnaise.

2. Fold in Whipped Cream.

Makes 2 Quarts.
