1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
1 CAN (10oz.) CONDENSED TOMATO SOUP
1 CUP COOKED RICE
2 TSP. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/2 TSP. SALT
2 SLICES MILD PROCESS OR SWISS CHEESE,CUT IN STRIPS
REMOVE TOP AND SEEDS FROM PEPPERS. COOK IN BOILING SALTED WATER ABOUT 5 MINUTES,DRAIN. IN FRYING PAN, BROWN BEEF AND COOK ONION UNTIL TENDER. STIR IN (1 CUP) SOUP, RICE AND SEASONING. SPOON MEAT MIXTURE INTO PEPPERS. PLACE IN 1.5L CASSEROLE. BAKE AT 190c (375f) FOR 25 MINUTES. TOP WITH REMAINING SOUP AND CHEESE. BAKE 5 MINUTES MORE
