I make my deer and beef jerky the same
slice meat thin into strips.
mix in bowl these ingredients.
5 tablespoons Soy Sauce
A whole lot of Worcestershire Sauce
Three Tablespoons Liquid Smoke.
A dash of garlic powder
A dash of salt.
5 tablespoons of Brandy
A good shot of Hot Sauce
After stirring I put the meat in large self sealed plastic bag..Then I put the meat strips in the bag and let soak for 48 hours turning and shaking the bag ever 6 to 8 hours. After 48 hours I place strips in Jerky Dehydrated at 150 degrees.....I just check it ever so often to tell when its done
