5 quart pot
2 - 28oz cans crushed tomatoes
3 small cans tomato paste plus 3 cans of water
1/4 cup of olive oil
8 oz can or 1 lb fresh mushrooms
1 large green pepper / cut up
6 cloves garlic minced / 2 tbsp jar minced garlic
1 Large onion / chopped
2 Tsp Paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp sugar

Saute garlic, onion, green pepper, & mushrooms in olive oil
Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste & water
Add seasonings and bring to boil
Cover / simmer 3 hours
Add meatballs / cover / simmer 1 more hour
If necessary, add small amounts of water.
Left Overs Can Be Froze.
