Ingredients.

1 lb. Pollock, cod, tilapia, or catfish fillets (fresh or frozen)
1 cup tomato sauce (no-salt-added)
1/2 cup sliced onions
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dried oregano flakes
1/8 tsp. ground cumin




Thaw frozen fish according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray baking dish with cooking spray.

Separate fish into four fillets or cut into four pieces. Arrange fish in baking dish. Mix ingredients together and pour over fish. Bake until fish flakes easily with fork, about 10 minutes.

Yield: 4 servings

CARBOHYDRATE: 7g
FIBER: 2g
