1 lb. fish fillets
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup. milk
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
dash salt and pepper
1/4 cup. buttered bread crumbs
1/4 cup. grated cheddar cheese
Cut fillets in serving size pieces. Place in greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper. In saucepan, melt butter, blend in flour, dash salt and pepper. Add milk, cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Pour sauce over fillets. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Trim with parsley. Makes 3-4 servings
