5 qts, peeled and chopped tomatos
5 cloves of garlic minced
6-10 jalapeno's
5 carrots
5 green peppers
5 onions
5 stalks of celery
Cook tomatos and garlic for 2 hours.
Add chopped veggies and 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup salt, 1 1/2 cup cider vinegar, 1/2 cup white vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon of pepper, 2 tablespoons of cumin, 1 tspoon of chili powder and cook for 1 hour
You can add tomato paste to make it thinker.
We usually add mor chopped up jalapeno's to ours and usually make a lot bigger batch than this, This will give you about 6qts,
