- 1/2 box of Cajun Shore Lunch
- equal amount of instant potatoes
- salt, pepper, garlic salt, Mrs. Dash to your liking
- soak Fish in milk for 3 to 4 hours
- dip in seasoning
- dip in 2 to 4 mixed eggs (pending how many fillets you are making)
- dip in seasoning again and then pan fry or deep fat fry
For a beer batter, mix up another container of the previous mix and then add beer in mixture till pasty and chill, it will stick better to the fish if chilled. Also, if wanted fry diced jalapeño’s till soft and add to mixture. Now dip fish in the dry mixture as previously indicated and then again into the beer batter mixture. Now you can pan fry or deep fat fry. if your going to do the pepper thing make the fish you don't want to have that pepper flavor first and the pepper one last.
