2 lb. cod fillet
1 cup. thinly sliced celery
1 cup. thinly sliced onion
1 tbsp. melted fat or oil
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
paprika
Thaw frozen fillets. Place in a single layer in a greased baking dish, 12x8x2 inch. Cook celery and onion in fat for 5 minutes. Stir in seasonings and lemon juice. Spread over fillets. Bake at 450 degrees (F.) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with paprika. Makes 8 servings - approximately 115 calories per serving.
