Ok I know the name is strange but it is good lol. I live on 10 acres and when I was pulling in one day I was just about up to the shop with the truck and I had a pheasant flush but he went right into the tire of the truck I parked on his head so I wont waste good meat so we had pheasant under tire that night.
Ingredients.
1 fresh pheasant cleaned and ready to cook
salt
pepper
garlic powder
Directions.
chop up some fresh onion toss into a dutch oven or a big pot ad some EVVO toss in a bit of fresh garlic after its softened put in a quart of chicken stock then the pheasant bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for a hour. Remove bird and onions place bird on platter put onions over the top serve rice and green beans or fresh tomato slices with it and a good crusty bread.
