Just like the candy you buy at the store
Ingredients
10 ounces chocolate
2/3 cup light corn syrup
Directions
1. Microwave to melt the chocolate, stir together with corn syrup to mix fully.
2. Wrap in wax paper and let ripen overnight at room temp. Knead to bring the cocoa butter back into the candy.
3. Roll into long "snakes" and then snip into individual pieces.
