Beats Eggnog

1/2 C. Fleischmann's Egg Beaters

1 pkg. Equal Sugar Substitute

12oz. Evaporated Skim Milk

3/4 C. Skim Milk

1 tsp. Vanilla

1 tsp. rum flavoring Ground nutmeg


Whip Eagg Beatters and Equal together and combine with two types of milk and flavoring. Mix well. Chill overnight if possible. Pour into tumblers and dust with nutmeg. Preparation time = 10 minutes.
