12 eggs separated

1/2 cup. sugar

3 L. of milk

1 cup. heavy cream

25 oz. of chemineaud brandy

nutmeg to taste

Break egg yolks and sugar togerher. Add remsining ingredients except egg whites. Refrigerate. Befor serving beat egg whites and fold into mixture. Pour over ice and sprinkle with nutmeg makes 20 servings. White rum can be substituted for a rum eggnog.
