Ingredients.
6-8 slices bacon
1 lb. sliced liver
3 tbsp. flour
part cup chopped green pepper
1 can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne powder
Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon, drain off fat leaving enough to fry liver. Coat liver in flour and brown in bacon pan. Mix remaining ingredients and stir in with liver. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Garnish with bacon. Serving suggestion: rice.
