Ingredients.
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup. cold water
1 cup. boiling water
2 bouillon cubes
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 lemon, sliced thinly
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 sml. bay leaf
1 cup. crushed pineapple
Remove excess fat, brown chops. Put lemon and onion slices on chops. Crumble bouillon cubs in boiling water. Combine other ingredients except cornstarch and cold water. Add 2 cubs and bring to a boil. Stir in cornstarch which had been added to cold water. Stir until sauce thickens. Pour over pork chops and bake at 325 degrees (F.) for 1 hour. Can be served with potatoes, corn, carrot or any of your favorite veggies.
