Ingredients.
4 to 6 pork chops.
seasoning of your choice.
1 large onion.
1 can cream of mushroom soup.
1 can cream of celery soup.
1 can milk.
brown pork chops in fry pan. when chops are browned, remove to roaster or crock pot.(take a splash of water to the fry pan to get all the flavors out of pan and mix with soup mixture.) mix soup, milk, and onion and pour over top of pork chops. if using roaster bake till fall apart tender at 350 degrees, if in crock pot, slow cook on high till fall apart tender.
serve with potato's, whipped or boiled and a vegetable of your choice.
