Ingredients.
4 pork chops
1/2 cup. uncooked rice
1 tin consomme soup
1 tomato, sliced
1 onion, sliced
savory to taste
Brown pork chops. Lay 1/2 cup rice in baking dish, ad salt. Lay pork chops on top with the drippings,put sliced onion and tomato on each pork chop. Pour consomme soup over and sprinkle with savory. Cover and cook 1 hour at 350.
