Ingredients.
1 can (5oz.) lobster
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup. chopped green pepper or 2 tbsp. chopped stuffed olives
2 cup. cooked rice
1 cup. finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup. mayonnaise
Break lobster into bite size chunks. Combine all ingredients and chill. This salad may be molded in custard cups and turned out on lettuce. Makes 6 servings.
