By North Star
1 1/2 lbs. venison or beef
1/4 cup soy sauce
l Tbls. worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. powdered garlic
1/2 tsp. dried onion
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Prepare meat as desired, put in container with lid. Mix above ingredients and pour over meat. Seal container, shake till all the meat is coated, place in refrigerator, shake occasionally. Marinate over night.
Dry jerky in your favorite process, using a dehydrator or oven!
