1 1/2 lbs. venison or beef
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
Prepare meat as desired, put in container with lid. Mix above ingredients and pour over meat. Seal container and shake till meat is all coated. Place in refrigerator, shake occasionally, marinate overnight.
Dry jerky in your favorite process using a dehydrater or oven.
