By North Star
5 potatoes sliced for frying
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheese of choice
1 tsp of Cavenders Seasoning (Mrs. Dash works good too)
Salt and pepper
Fry potatoes in butter and Cavenders until golden brown
place in a glass casserole dish cover with Parmesan and then the shredded cheese.
Bake at 200F for 10 min
