Ingredients
2 cups Original Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup granola
1/2 cup cinnamon-flavored baking chips or cinnamon-covered raisins
Maple syrup, if desired
Directions:
Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat or electric griddle to 375 degrees; grease if necessary. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.)
Stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs in large bowl until blended. Stir in granola and cinnamon chips. Pour batter by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden. Serve with syrup. Makes 18 Pancakes
Substitution: For nut lovers, substitute an equal amount of chopped nuts for the granola.
Success Hint: Serve pancakes immediately or keep warm by placing them in a single layer on a wire rack or paper towel-lined cookie sheet in a 200 degree oven.
