Put several pats of butter (or oleo) on heavy duty foil. Place fillet on top (I used channel catfish). Season with garlic powder, pepper, parsley and a little dill. Place a couple slices of onion on top of fillet. Sprinkle a little Real Lemon over top, then run a bead of ketchup over the whole thing. Seal the foil to keep in heat & moisture. Cook under covered grill or high oven for 8 to 12 minutes.
when you take off the grill or out of the oven and open the foil, be sure to be careful of the steam it is real hot.
