1 Shot Spiced Rum.
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup.
Chopped Fresh Parsley.
mix all ingredients together and marinate for 1/2 hour to 1 hour.
heat pan or grill for cooking, medium heat so you don't burn the sugars if sugars burn could taste bitter. bast while cooking or grilling salmon to done likeness.
serve with baked potato, and choice of vegetable.
