Ingredients.
4 cups moose meat
2 Tbls. butter
1 cup sliced onions
1 cup beef bouillon
1.5 cups mushrooms
2 Tbls. flour
2 Tbls. olive oil
2 cups sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. nutmeg
Directions.
Trim meat, cut into thin 1-inch long strips. Heat oil and butter - brown the meat. Add onions and mushrooms - saute on low heat. Add bouillon and simmer for 30 minutes. Mix spices and sour cream and add to meat mixture. Cook until thick, without boiling.
Serve with rice.
