Ingredients.

1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
3/4 Cup Onion Mix (147)
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/4 Cup Barbecue Sauce
3/4 Cup Tap water
2 Tbls. Olive Oil


Pre-Preparation
Heat up Trunyon (pan) with olive oil.

Defrost meat in cold running water

PREPARATION:
Add 1 Tbls. of olive oil in the Trunyon.

Add 1 pound of ground Beef into the Trunyon and let it simmer for about 8 minutes. Once it is brown and crumbly, drain and set a side.

In the same kettle, add the olive oil and the Onion mix (Do Not Add Meat)

Saute the onion mix on low to medium for about 15 minutes or until tender.

Add all the other ingredients and the ground beef and simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until water has evaporated.

ASSEMBLY:
Place Sloppy Joes in a Sesame bun (Should make 2-3 Burgers)
