Recipe by North Star

8 oz. crushed pineapple in its own juice, undrained
3 1/2 oz. instant coconut pudding and pie filling mix
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Blend in food processor for 30 seconds.
Refrigerate several hours. Serve with assorted fruit.
