Ingredients.
7 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 cup. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
Directions.
Combine peaches, sugar, salt and tapioca. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon, dot with butter. Topping 1/2 cup sugar, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, 2 tablespoons flour, 1/2 cup butter. Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over peach mixture. Bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes.
